ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT+APP): The High Court has quashed the
illegal detention order under black law, Public Safety Act (PSA),
of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Ayaz Muhammad Akbar, and
directed the puppet authorities to release him forthwith.
According to KMS, the family members of Ayaz Akbar told
mediaperson that Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar of the High Court
quashed the PSA of Ayaz Akbar and directed the authorities to
release him.
Advocate Shafqat Hussain was pleading the case of Ayaz
Akbar.
Pertinently, the occupation authorities after arresting Ayaz
Akbar had booked him under the PSA and lodged him at Kot Bhalwal
Jail in Jammu.
