MULTAN, Oct 27 (APP): Irrigation department has recovered near Rs 31 million (approx) water cess (abiana) from growers during first three months of Rabbi season 2015-16 across the Irrigation Multan zone. According to Irrigation sources, the teams recovered water rates Abiana over Rs 2.9 million from Multan district, Rs 71229 from Lodhran,over Rs 12.5 million abiana from Vehari and over Rs 10 million fromPakpattan district during the July-Ist to Sept-30,2016.
