authorities to inform it under which law Muhammad Yasin Malik has been arrested. The order was issued by a single bench of Justice R Sudhakar after Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar treated Malik’s postal letter as a habeas corpus petition and directed its listing before a senior judge of the court.
