Kashmir Concern held evening with Slough Council to promote Kashmiris cause

ISLAMABAD, (Millat/APP): Kashmir Concern, UK, organised a solidarity
evening with the members of Slough Borough Council in which Pakistani and
Kashmiri political activists, community leaders and distinguished citizens
participated.
According to KMS, the Chief Patron of Kashmir Concern, Professor
Nazir Ahmed Shawl, welcomed all the participants and thanked them for
their continued support to promote Kashmiris’ just demand for right to self-determination and establishment of peace in occupied Kashmir.
Barrister Abdul Majeed Tramboo briefed the participants about the latest Indian designs to change demography of Jammu and Kashmir and deny
a political space to All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) and other pro-freedom groups. He said, even the right to religious practice and freedom to travel has been denied to Hurriyet leaders.
Barrister Tramboo said, “We will jointly make the Kashmir voice
strong and effective at all the world forums.”
Dr Mahmood Riaz speaking on this occasion asked the participants to
frustrate all the conspiracies being hatched against the genuine
aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
Deputy leader of the council, Sabia Akram; Deputy Mayor Ishrat Shah; former Mayor, Chaudhry Shafeeq; Chaudhry Shaba’an, Chaudhry Shareef, Raja Muhammad Ayub, Muhammad Siddique and Dr Soboor Javed also addressed the gathering.
