ISLAMABAD,(MILLAT+APP): The joint resistance leadership
including Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin
Malik, rejecting the verdict of Indian Supreme Court, said that
Jammu and Kashmir was a separate, independent and sovereign entity
even when India did not exist on the map.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Hurriyet leaders in
a joint statement issued in Srinagar said that Kashmir was a
universally accepted and internationally legitimised dispute.
They said dozens of UN resolutions stand testimony to the
fact that Kashmir is a disputed territory, final dispensation of
which is still pending.
They said that the Indian top leaders themselves knocked the
doors of International forums claiming the disputed nature of
Kashmir, which could never be faded or denied by the legal
proclamations.
The pro- freedom leaders said: “This unresolved issue has
consumed our more than three generations and still continues to
suck our blood. These Himalayan facts and rock hard realities
can’t be brushed aside and denounced by biased judiciary just to
satisfy their collective conscious and appease their fascist
rulers.”
They said if legal luminaries and judicial authorities look
into the issue without the prejudice and the fog of hyper
nationalism, it is more than clear that Jammu and Kashmir was, is
and will never be a part of India.
The resistance leaders said, taking the undue advantage of
the autocratic ruler and its suspicious instrument of accession,
expansionist and ruthless oppressor forcibly landed its army to
take the control and we are fighting this aggression for the last
seven decades.
Imperialistic Indian mindset has time and again taken over
the mind and soul of a few stooges to strengthen and legalise this
unwanted occupation, they added.
They said: “Our own legal experts, who have stood their
ground in these highest judicial houses for decades, finally
mortgaged their soul and mind for power perks, shamelessly support
this unjust and unrealistic attitude of oppressor.”
They said these traitors are hand in glow with this fascist
class, but our youth sense their rotten ideas and they will desist
from being cloned in their way. They said legal experts will
shortly be consulted in this regard.
