KP Education Dept notifies winter vacation schedule
ABBOTTABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtoonkhaw here on Thursday notified winter vacation plan 2017 for private and government schools and colleges.
According to the notification, all government schools and
colleges of plain areas would remain close from December 23 to December 31,
2017 while the educational institutions of hilly areas would remain close from
December 31, 2017 to February 28 , 2018.
On the request of district education office Abbottabad Deputy
Commissioner has already ordered to close schools and colleges of
Galiyat areas from December 13 to December 16 , 2017 owing to heavy snowfall
which have blocked almost main Murree road and connecting roads.
