PESHAWAR, April 29 (APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance,
Muzaffar Said Advocate has said that provincial government welcomed announcement made by the Prime Minister, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Manshera’s public meeting about uplift projects saying the people would benefit from it.
Talking to various delegations here, he expressed the confidence that
announcement regarding uplift projects would be implemented in letter and spirit and it would not be subjected to unnecessary delay.
He hoped that centre would provide needed provincial resources on time.
He said that KP government was busy in making realistic budget proposals
with main focus to avoid unnecessary taxation burden on the people.
No new tax would be introduced instead the present taxes would be
readjusted.
The KP finance minster said that we were looking forward to the
cooperation of federal government in budget making process and added that center should take us on board on the subject matter.
