ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT/APP): International relations expert Dr. Zahid Anwar Khan on Friday welcomed the Federal Cabinet’s approval to the
recommendations of the FATA Reforms Committee (FRC) and termed
long standing demands of tribal areas people was fulfilled by the
PML-N Government.
Talking to Radio Programme Zahid Anwar mentioned the
government deserved full appreciation for granting approval to the
recommendations of FRC.
The people of FATA are thankful to Prime Minister Muhammad
Nawaz Sharif and his government for making the dreams of Fata
people comes true besides fulfilling yet another promise.
FATA people could play a dominant role in development of
the country and will now also be able to participate in country’s
politics, he hoped.
He suggested the government should pay special attention on
construction of educational institution in FATA and hoped
that the incumbent government would definitely do it as it would
bring a positive change.
Expert said the merger of FATA with Khyber Pakthunkhwa was
the best solution in the prevailing situation.
