FAISALABAD, Mar 3 (APP): Additional District & Sessions
Judge Rana Qamar Yaseen Nadeem on Friday handed over a minor
child to his mother after recovering him from custody of
his father.
Saadia Bibi resident of Raza Abad filed a petition in
the court, contending that her husband Muhammad Tariq resident
of Rehman Town had kicked her out and snatched her 1.5-year old
son Hussain forcibly.
After hearing petition, the court appointed a bailiff who
recovered the child and presented him before the court.
The court disposed of the petition by handing Hussain over
to his mother.
