ISLAMABAD, Feb 14 (MILLAT/APP): Multinational naval exercise Aman 2017
would help strengthen friendly relations among the sailors of
different countries and resolve problems facing the ships at sea.
Talking to PTV, Defence Analyst Admiral (Retd) Pervaiz
Asghar said participation of different countries particularly
American and Russian ships here in this region would help the
sailors to learn and understand the experiences of each other.
He said purpose of the multinational naval exercise was to
address the problems and protect the ships at sea by sharing
information with each other countries participating in the naval
exercise Aman 2017.
To a question he said there was already a mechanism and
system of patrolling to check smuggling, piracy, or human
trafficking.
