Murad reviews progress of mega projects

KARACHI, Oct 25 (APP): Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah reviewed the progress of Karachi’s mega projects and expressed displeasure over delay in the implementation of various schemes. “I have made a commitment with the people of my city, so I would not back out. I know how to get the work done,” said the chief minister while presiding over a meeting about the mega projects launched in the city, said a press release issued here on Tuesday. The chief minister reviewed the scheme of University Road from Hassan Square to NIPA of Rs.770 million and from NED to Safora Chowk of Rs.780 million. He asked about publication of tender, on which he was informed that it would appear within next two days. The chief minister expressed dismay and said it would have been done by now.
