Murder-accused BJP member takes oath as minister in IHK

ISLAMABAD, (APP): In Indian Held Kashmir, a BJP member of
so-called Kashmir Assembly, who is facing murder charge, took oath as a minister in the PDP-BJP administration led by Mehbooba Mufti as chief minister.
Sunil Kumar Sharma, who took oath of office second time, is a BJP member
from Kishtwar.
Sharma was named as accused by police under an FIR number 133/2008 U/S
7/27 Arms Act, 302, 436, 188,435,336,149,153 RPC during 2008 anti-Muslim attacks in Kishtwar,Kashmir Media Service reported.
The police report says that Sharma was a member of the group that had
attacked people from the other Muslim community, killing two persons and leaving several others injured during these attacks.
Meanwhile, former Minister of State for Finance and Information
Technology Pawan Kumar Gupta who was dropped from the Council of Ministers termed Bhartiya Janata Party corrupt and fraudulent.
