SARGODHA,(MILLAT ONLINE/APP)- Additional District and Sessions Judge Farzana
Raja on Friday awarded death sentence to a man involved in a murder case
of Sillanwali police station.
According to court sources, on December 3,2014, accused Muhammad Subtain resident of 133 NB along with his two accomplices Bukhardar and Muhammad Waseem gunned down his step brother Amjad Sabir over a family dispute.
Local police registered case against the accused and sent challan in the court.
After hearing the arguments, the court awarded death sentence to culprit Muhammad Subtain and life imprisonment to another culprit Barkhurdar along with a fine of Rs 10,00,000 as compensation money.
The court acquitted the other co-accused giving them the benefit of doubt.
The culprits were sent to district Jail Sargodha.
