Murderer awarded life imprisonment
SARGODHA, (MILLAT ONLINE)-:Additional district and Sessions Judge, Tariq Mehmood Shah on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to a man who had killed his wife on December 3, 2013 in the precincts of Kirana police station.
Court sources informed that convict Shahid Imran,resident of chak 27/SB tehsil Sargodha,murdered his wife Qamar Bibi with iron rods in connivance with his two family members–Maqsoodan Bibi and Khizar Hayat.
After completion of the arguments by counsels, the court convicted the murderer Shahid Imran with 25 year imprisonment alongwith a fine of Rs 100,000.
The court acquitted other co-accused Maqsoodan Bibi and Khizar Hayat on the benefit of doubt.
