NAB’s judicious policy can make it credible: Gilani

MULTAN, (APP): Central leader Pakistan People’s Party (PPP)
and former prime minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said on Wednesday
the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) would not be considered
credible until it formed judicious policy for all.
Talking to the media after congratulating newly elected president Multan
Press Club Shakeel Anjum and other office bearers at local
Press Club, he said the NAB and courts had never punished any big
leader except him.
To a question regarding the establishment Rangers stations on
the pattern of police stations in Karachi, Gilani said the government should make decision after consultation with other political parties.
He, however, added that other political parties had always supported
the government on issues of national interest.
About recovery of Shahbaz Taseer, Gilani felicitated the member
of Taseer’s family and hoped that there would be good news regarding
his abducted son Ali Haider Gilani too.
Gilani also informed that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari
would start his political career in Punjab by holding public meeting
in Rahim Yar Khan on March 26. Bilawal would also hold meetings with
different PPP delegations in Bahawalpur on March 27 and 28, he added.
About by-elections in NA-153 in Jalalpur on March 17, Yusuf Raza
Gilani maintained that PPP had given ticket to a worker, hailing from middle class.
He urged the masses to vote candidates on the basis of ideology and
their performance.
