PESHAWAR, (MILLAT/APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Standing Committee on Higher Education has directed legislation for different study centres in the University of Peshawar within a period of month and construction of Government Degree College, Misha Mansoor, District Lakki Marwaton suitable place.
The meeting of the committee held here with chairman, MPA, Saleh Mohammad Khan in the chair beside, MPAs Mahmood Jan, Faisal Zaman, Rashida Riffat and Uzma Khan was also attended by Vice Chancellor, University of Peshawar, Special Secretary, Higher Education and other concerned officials.
The committee in light of the decision of court directed the appointment of the appointment of new Director, Area Study Centre, Peshawar University.
The committee while declaring site selected for Government Degree College, Misha Mansoor, Lakki Marwat and said that the directives of the Chief Minister in the selection of the site was ignored. The committee had selected a site situated in the middle of 11 high schools, which is suitable for the construction of the college.
