ISLAMABAD, July 11 (APP): A petition has been filed before the
Islamabad High Court for proceeding against Mehmood Khan Achakzai
for his remarks regarding Afghan refugees under Articles 62 & 63 of
the Constitution.
The petition was filed by Sardar Malik Aman through his counsel
Mian Ahmed Khan.
