ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Monday lauded the efficient arrangements made by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Hajj directorate for facilitation of the pilgrims this year and directed for payment of four-month honorarium to the employees concerned.
