ISLAMABAD, (APP): Prime Minister, Muhammad Nawaz
Sharif Tuesday congratulated Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, the former Prime Minister on the safe return of his abducted son Ali Haider Gilani, after three years.
Ali Haider was abducted on May 9, 2013 from Lahore and was recovered
in a military operation in Ghazni, Afghanistan.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in a letter expressed the hope that Ali
Haider Gilani would meet his family soon.
The Prime Minister lauded the Gilani family for their courage,
resilience and patience over the past three years for bearing this separation.
“I pray to Allah Almighty that may He keep you and your
family safe and protected,” the Prime Minister said.
