Naveed-ul-Haq Arain won Multan mayor’s slot by defeating Pakistan
Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Malik Adnan Dogar with a big
margin, here on Thursday.
According to unofficial results, conveyed by Rizwan Qadeer,
Returning Officer for Multan Municipal Corporation election,
Naveed Arain, the brother of former provincial minister Chaudhry
Abdul Waheed Arain, secured 71 votes while his opponent could
bag 19 votes.
