PML(N) government committed to GB’s development: Parliamentary secretary
ASTORE , (MILLAT ONLINE):Parliamentary Secretary Health ,Gilgit Baltistan Barkhat Jamil on Friday said that the government was taking effective measures for the socio-economic development of the area.
Talking to media-persons here, he said executing agencies and contractors of the all the on-going development projects had been directed to ensure completing of all those development schemes within scheduled time.
He said that federal government is also effectively cooperating to successfully pursue the development-oriented plan for the Gilgit Baltistan and in this regard no laxity would be show to implement the plan in letter and spirit.
He said that priority was being accorded to the education and health sectors which were being regarded as backbone to uplift standard of living standard of masses of the area.
Referring to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) achievements, the parliamentary secretary said that due to prudent polices of the party’s leadership the country was successfully going ahead on path of progress and its economic condition had turnaround.
He also said that road network in the area would be further improved to facilitate masses who had reposed trust in the leadership of PML(N) through their vote in general elections in 2013.
