Preparations gains momentum to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (P.B.U.H)

RAWALPINDI, Nov 26 (APP):The preparations Sunday gained momentum to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi, the Birth Day of last Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) on 12th of Rabi ul Awwal – December 1 with full religious zeal and fervor. The sacred day will dawn with special prayers in the mosques for upholding andflourishing of Islam and the Islamic teachings, unity, solidarity, progress and welfare of the Muslim ummah. Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) processions will be taken out and ‘Mehfil-e-Milad’ will be heldto celebrate the occassion. All city streets and roads including bazars and shopping centers are being beautifully decorated with lights and banners bearing the writings about celebration of the birth Day of the last Prophet – Muhammad (PBUH). Gates are being erected at all major roads and streets in allsmall and major towns in connection with Eid Milar-un-Nabi (PBUH)
