Rallies held in Balochistan to show solidarity with Kashmiris

QUETTA, July 14 (APP): Political and religious
parties, social bodies and students took out big
rallies across Balochistan province, including its capital,
to express solidarity with the people of Indian held Kashmir.
A big rally was brought out from Ayub Stadium in
Quetta, which was led by different political leaders including
provincial minister Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Member Provincial
Assembly Mir Abdul Karim Nousherwani and spokesman
of Balochistan Government, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar. After marching
on different city roads it culminated at Quetta Press Club.
Addressing the rally, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail urged
the United Nations (UN) to play a cohesive role to stop
cruelties and brutalities of Indian occupation forces in the
held valley.
Abdul Karim Nousherwani said that Kashmir was a part of
Pakistan and the Indian forces were involved in
killing the innocent Kashmiris because they were struggling
for their right to self-determination in accordance with the
UN resolutions.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said that India was a big
terrorist country. Its forces had martyred thousands of
Kashmiris who were demanding freedom.
Pakistan had already raised the Kashmir issue at
every international forum and would continue to do so, he
added.
Leaders and workers of different political parties
including Pakistan Peoples Party, Pakistan Muslim League-N,
Pakistan Muslim League-Q, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, Jamiat
Ulema-i-Islam- F, JUI-N, Jamaat-i- Islami and others
participated in the rally.
The participants carried banners and placards
showing solidarity with the Kashmiris and demanding plebiscite
in Indian occupied Kashmir as per UN resolutions. They also chanted
slogans against Indian forces.
India’s flag and an effigy of Prime Minister
Narendra Modi were also burnt by the protestors.
Flags and banners were also displayed along the
important roads of the provincial capital.
Rallies were also taken out in Khuzdar, Kharan, Kalat,
Chaghi, Dalbandin, Turbat, Panjgur, Zhob, Loralai, Duki, Barkhan,
Pishin, Mastung, Nasirabad, Jaffarabad, Dera Bugti, Sibi and
other areas.
