Rivers flows, reservoirs level report

ISLAMABAD, (APP): The position of the river inflows and
outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs
levels and the barrages on Monday is as under :
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 21100 cusecs and Outflows
45000 cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 9700 cusecs and Outflows
9700 cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 26800 cusecs and Outflows
60000 cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 8300 cusecs and Outflows
3000 cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 69400 cusecs and Outflows
61400 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows 56700 cusecs and Outflows 42000
cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 42200 cusecs and Outflows 34600 cusecs,
Panjnad: Inflows 25900 cusecs and Outflows 15700 cusecs, Guddu:
Inflows 47300 cusecs and Outflows 42100 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows
34200 cusecs and Outflows 4600 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 4400 cusecs
and Outflows Nil.
Reservoirs ( Level and Storage):
Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present
level 1480.30 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live
storage is 2.778 million acre feet (MAF).
Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level
1143.45 feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage is
1.749 MAF.
Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present
level 641.30 feet, maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage
is 0.060 MAF.
The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and
Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have
been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows
have been gauged at 6.00 a.m.
