Rivers flows, reservoirs level report

ISLAMABAD, (APP): The position of the river inflows and
outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs
levels and the barrages Monday is as under :
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 39300 cusecs and Outflows 38100
cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 34300 cusecs and Outflows 34300
cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 45000 cusecs and Outflows 40000
cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 22700 cusecs and Outflows 6000
cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 91200 cusecs and Outflows
83700 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows 93200 cusecs and Outflows 99800
cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 92200 cusecs and Outflows 78700 cusecs,
Panjnad: Inflows 12400 cusecs and Outflows Nil, Guddu: Inflows 59600
cusecs and Outflows 59600 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows 52400 cusecs and
Outflows 23200 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 34200 cusecs and Outflows
13000 cusecs.

Reservoirs ( Level and Storage):

Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present
level 1481.83 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live
storage is 2.847 million acre feet (MAF).

Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level
1152.80 feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage is
2.095 MAF.

Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present
level 644.00 feet, maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage
is 0.115 MAF.

The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and
Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have
been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows
have been gauged at 6.00 a.m.
