Rivers, reservoirs report

LAHORE, (APP): The position of rivers inflow and outflow at
Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs levels and the barrages on Monday was as follows:
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 47400 cusecs and Outflows 35000
cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 44100 cusecs and Outflows 44100 cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 52200 cusecs and Outflows 25000 cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 16800 cusecs and Outflows 6000 cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 67400 cusecs and Outflows 60400 cusecs,
Chashma: Inflows 72600 cusecs and Outflows 70000 cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 60300 cusecs and Outflows 60300 cusecs, Panjnad: Inflows 37000 cusecs and Outflows 33500 cusecs, Guddu: Inflows 88100 cusecs and Outflows 88100 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows 65500 cusecs and Outflows 38200 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 40500 cusecs and Outflows 20100 cusecs.
Reservoirs (Level and Storage):
Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present level 1484.39 feet,
maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live storage today 2.964 million acre feet (MAF).
Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level 1136.95 feet,
maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage today 1.530 MAF.
Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present level 648.00 feet,
maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage today 0.240 MAF.
The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and Chashma, River
Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows have been gauged at 6 am.
