ISLAMABAD, Mar 31 (APP): The Supreme Court on Thursday
dismissed a bail application filed by main accused in the Sindh land
scandal and disposed of the case.
The three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief
Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the bail plea filed by Shahid
Malik, main accused in the land case.
During the course of proceedings, the Chief Justice remarked
that the situation in Sindh province could not be expressed in words
as some poor employees of the provincial government went for
the latest Land Cruiser model every year.
