SC dismisses contempt plea against Nawaz, Iftikhar
ISLAMABAD,(MILLAT ONLINE):Supreme Court Thursday dismissed contempt of court petitions against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and former chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chuadhry.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar dismissed the petitions moved by Riaz Hanif Rahi, due to non-prosecution.
Both the applications were based on the provision of a bullet-proof vehicle to the former judge.
