Several held in minister’s son abduction case

QUETTA, (APP): The police in Pishin district have taken several
suspects into custody to probe them into a case pertaining to reportedly abduction of the son of Provincial Minister for Local Government, Sardar Mustafa Khan Tareen.
The police sources said, here on Saturday that unknown armed men
kidnapped the son of the Minister when he left Cadet College Pishin to proceed to his home. “Asad Tareen, the son of Minister for LG, Sardar Mustafa Tareen was an employee at Cadet College in Pishin. He did not
reach his house when he left the college on Saturday night,” they said.
The police further said that the kidnappers abandoning the vehicle of
Asad, took him away to unknown destination. “The abductor also took away
the mobile phone of the abductee and switched it off,” they said.
The police cordoned off the entire area and launched search operation
to trace out the whereabouts of the abductee.
“The police conducted raids at different places including Surkhab
Refugee Camp where Afghan refugees have been living,” the police sources claimed and added that several suspects were taken into the custody in connection with the case. The arrested suspects were being interrogated. Further probe was underway.
