GILGIT, (MILLAT ONLINE/APP): The clourful `Sports Week’ began in
Karakuram International University here on Tuesday and it will
continue till April 7.
The university’s Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Asif Khan inaugurated
the event by hitting a cricket ball at the university ground. The students and teachers in a large number attended the event.
The students of all departments will participate in different games
like cricket, football, volleyball, basket ball, tug of war, badminton and others.
The sports competition among girls students will be held at the
premises of girls hostel. Later, the students made flag march and received warm applaud from the audience.
