TeH condemns arrest of youth in Islamabad, Badgam

ISLAMABAD, (APP): Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir (TeH)
has strongly denounced the arrest of innocent youth of Islamabad and Badgam
in Indian occupied Kashmir.
The police arrested Kifayat Ahmad Dar of Waghama in Bijbehara area of
Islamabad district and Muhammad Yousuf Tantray of Chadoora in Badgam. KMS
reported.
The TeH spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar termed the arrest as illegal and unjustified. He demanded immediate release of the detained youth.
Meanwhile, the TeH spokesman expressed grief and sorrow over the demise
of Ghulam Mohiudin Sheikh of Kolipora Khanyar, the father of a martyred youth,Imtiyaz Ahmad.
He said that Imtiyaz Ahmad Sheikh was arrested by Indian police
personnel in 1998 at Batamaloo and martyred in custody.
The spokesman said that the family of the deceased had suffered
innumerable hardships and offered sacrifices in the ongoing movement.
He prayed for the deceased and expressing sympathies with the bereaved
family.
