Two lawyers shot dead in Session Court
LAHORE, (MILLAT ONLINE):Two lawyers were shot
dead in a gunfire incident in the premises of
Session Court here on Tuesday.
According to police, the incident was primarily
caused by feud on a land property, whereas the man
who opened the fire posed as a lawyer. The police
also arrested the accused identified as Kashif Ali.
The deceased was identified as Rana Nadeem
and Awais.
A heavy contingent of police reached the court
when the incident took place and have cordoned off the
area. The security was tightened and a search operation
conducted in court, with both entry and exit points
closed off.
Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif
took notice of the incident and sought a report in
this connection from CCPO Lahore Amin Wains.
