MULTAN,Oct 25 (APP): Excise & Taxation department Punjab would introduce universal numbers for vehicles instead of the previous practice of city/district-based registration numbers from next year for effective monitoring and to minimize the risk of vehicles price devaluation. This was stated by Punjab Secretary Excise & Taxation and Narcotics Control Department, Dr Bilal Ahmed at a seminar here on Tuesday.
