SWABI, (APP): Unknown assailants here on Thursday shot dead a
village councilor of Ward No 3 and escaped from the scene.
According to police, the incident took place in Gulbahar, Ward 3 where
a village councilor member named Imtiaz Ali Jan was shot dead by unknown assailants. The assailants who were riding a motorbike escaped from the scene. Imtiaz died on-the-spot.
Body of the deceased was shifted to Civil Hospital for post-mortem while
police launched a search operation to nab the killers.
