World HR bodies urged to take notice of Kashmiris’ plight

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):Hurriyat organisations and leaders, in Indian occupied Kashmir, have urged the international human rights organisations to take cognizance of plight of Kashmiris.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement issued in Srinagar said the condition of human rights is becoming worst due to the changing character and role of responsible world powers.
The JKLF-R General Secretary, Wajahat Bashir Qureshi appealed to the international organisations to send fact-finding teams to ascertain human rights situation in Kashmir.
Illegally detained Hurriyat leader and the JKSM Chairman, Zafar Akbar Butt addressing a meeting in Srinagar urged the international community to take cognizance of worsening situations in Kashmir and impress India to honor human rightist charter formulated by the UN.
The meeting was attended by VoV chief organizer, Rouf Ahmed Khan, Secretary women’s wing Ruqaya Baji and youth wing leader Merajuddin.
Shabir Ahmad Dar, Muhammad Iqbal Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Ghulam Nabi War in a joint statement in Srinagar said that the international human rights organizations should take cognizance of the Indian state terrorism in the territory.
The patron of Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement (JKMM) Farida Behenji and the Kashmir Freedom Front (KFF), in their statements expressed concern over the increasing human rights violations in the territory and demanded immediate halt to it.
