Hong Kong stocks flat by break
Hong Kong, (MILLAT ONLINE):Hong Kong shares ended Friday morning flat after recovering from early losses but investors are keeping an eye on Washington as Republican lawmakers try to hammer out a deal to push through market-friendly tax cuts.
The Hang Seng Index inched up 2.38 points to 29,138.95 by the break.
