PESHAWAR, (APP): At least 15 people were killed including three
women and a childas as a bomb exploded in a bus on Sunehri Masjid Road in Peshawar Cantonment Wednesday morning, SSP Operations Peshawar Abbas Majeed Marwat told APP.
At least 28 persons were also injured in a bus blast bringing Civil
Secretariat employees to Peshawar for duty from Shergarh area of Mardan district.
The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.
The condition of two injured was stated to be critical.
The security forces and police cardoned off the entire area and started
search operation.
The official of Bomb disposal unit informed that eight kilogram
explosive was used in the blast which was placed in the toll box of the buss connected with time device.
