Youth booked under PSA in IOK

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):The puppet authorities have booked a youth from Islamabad town, Umar Yousuf, under draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA).
Umar Yousuf (21), a rickshaw driver by profession, was arrested by the Indian police on Sunday and was shifted to Kathua Jail in Jammu.
He was arrested on the charges of participating in anti-India protests during mass uprising, last year, KMS reported.
Umar Yousuf has been charged with four different cases during the 2016 uprising triggered by the martyrdom of popular youth leader, Burhan Wani. However, record suggests that he has been already bailed out in all cases by the court.
Umar Yousuf, according to his family, is specially-abled and hence had to leave his studies after primary school only. His four elder brothers also do menial jobs to support their family.
Umar’s mother, Saleema Bano said, “My son did participate in protests after the martyrdom of Burhan but he never resorted to violence. He is specially-abled and on medication. He has never spent a night away from his own or maternal house. I wonder how he would be living in Kathua Jail.” She said that they were too poor to afford a visit the Kathua Jail.
