Faizabad operation: 26 injured shifted to PIMS
ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):As many as 26 injured persons have
been shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Saturday
morning on receiving injuries from protesters of sit-in of a religious party at
Faizabad Interchange during police operation.
According to an official of PIMS.
these injured persons included 18 security personnel and eight civilians including
a student who received injuries on stone-throwing of protesters.
It is pertinent to mention here that
both major hospitals of federal capital included Federal Government Poly Clinic and PIMS
have declared high alert and beds have been allocated besides sufficient quantity
of medicines.
Similarly, ambulances have been
moved to the Faizabad to shift injured persons to the hospitals and other
medical services during operation.
