SARGODHA, Dec 3 (APP)::A five-day entrepreneurship training workshop started here at Lincoln’s Corner, University of Sargodha, for promotion of culture of start-ups and entrepreneurship.
At the five-day extensive workshop, students will learn about basic and operational concepts of entrepreneurship.
Sargodha Chamber of Commerce, Department of Business Administration, US Consulate and local entrepreneurs facilitated the sessions.
The training is a pilot project to create awareness among students about the definition of employment.
Zymal Umar, a young entrepreneur of Pakistan, who visited United States as a motivational speaker and also won Prince Abdul Aziz Award for Children Pioneer/ Ecopreneur Award in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, presented a speech at such workshop and shared her ideas of social entrepreneurship.
She shared her story of success and achievements and highlighted the importance of teamwork, hard work, consistency and persistence to promote social entrepreneurship.
A large number of students, professors and other related person were present on the occasion.
