Hong Kong stocks up by break
Hong Kong, (MILLAT ONLINE):Hong Kong shares went into the break on a high on Wednesday following a record close on Wall Street as investors await the end of a Federal Reserve policy meeting.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.28 percent, or 79.33 points, to 28,873.21 by the break.
