FAISALABAD, (APP): The district administration has chalked
out a comprehensive plan to facilitate the Christian community on the occasion of Good Friday and Easter on March 27.
Foolproof security arrangements were being made in and around the
churches as volunteers will also be on special duty, said official
sources here Thursday.
They said that all churches would be illuminated and encroachments
would be removed. For family festivities the tickets of Sindbad, Fun
Land and Fun Dunya will be available for Christian families on 50
per cent discount.
The facility of free parking will be available outside churches while
one-day cricket tournament will also be organized at Bohranwali round
with the collaboration of District Coordination Committee.
Easter Milan party and musical competition will also be a part of
Easter celebrations and winners of the competition will awarded cash prizes,it was learnt.
