CM pays tributes to Lalik Jan Shaheed, promises job for his son
GILGIT, (MILLAT ONLINE):Chief Minister Gilgit Baltistan, Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman here Wednesday paid tributes to hero of Kargil War Havaldar Lalik Jan Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) and promised Government job for his son Tariq Lalik Jan.
Talking to Tariq Lalik Jan and President Martyrs GB Organization, B. Jamil here, the Chief Minister said Lalik Jan Shaheed was our national hero and the supreme sacrifice offered by him would always be remembered in golden words.
He said Lalik Jan Shaheed was a valiant soldier of Pakistan and the entire nation is proud on his gallantry and bravery besides his supreme sacrifice for the country.
The CM assured provision of a government job to Tariq Lalik Jan and addressing problems of his family. Tariq Lalik Jan thanked CM for assurance.
The CM said his government was utilizing all available resources for welfare of families of martyrs of GB and was taking measures for recruitment of their family members under assistance the package. He said a resolution pertaining to ensure jobs to heirs of army martyrs under ‘martyrs package’ has been passed by the GB Assembly and work on its implementation was in progress and would be implemented soon.
Army Martyrs Organization GB President, B Jamil thanked the CM and requested him to provide jobs to all heirs of army martyrs including of Gyari sector Shuhada.
