Senate body strongly condemned Kasur incident
ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):Members of Senate Standing committee on Housing and Works on Thursday condemned the Kasur incident and recommended to
apprehend the culprits at the earliest.
Meeting of the Standing Committee on Housing and Works strongly condemned the Kasur incident and demanded that the “culprits must be found and punished”.
Chairman Senate Standing Committee for Housing and Works Senator Maulana Thanveer-ul-Haq Thanvi presided over a meeting.
He highlighted the Bara Kahu Housing Scheme in which he mentioned that this scheme would be launched soon.They also directed the concerned departments to ensure completion of Bara Kahu Road construction in time.
While he also briefed about the Green Enclave phase I and II to monitor construction work of the scheme.
committee approved the agreement for Green Enclave (Phase I-II)
and issued strict orders for the commencement of the scheme as soon as
possible.
The Committee directed to start Park Road Housing Scheme
to assess the viability of the housing projects.
Senate Body On H&W Directs PHAF For Ensuring Standard Construction Of Prime Minister Housing Scheme.
The Committee also suggested for the Quota Policy scheme that purposal was already sended to Prime minister .
Secretary Housing & Works and all members and Directors of the Executive Committee attended the meeting.
