India’s NIA files chargesheet against Kashmiri hurriyat leaders

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA), today, filed a chargesheet against 12 people including several Hurriyat leaders in a false case registered against them in May last year for their active role in the ongoing Kashmir freedom movement.
Accordin to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), the NIA filed the 1,279-page chargesheet before a Special Court in New Delhi against Hurriyat leaders, Altaf Ahmed Shah, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, Ayaz Muhammad Akbar, Shahid-ul-Islam, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Peer Saifullah and Raja Merajuddin Kalwal, noted Kashmiri businessman, Zahoor Ahmed Watali, photojournalist, Kamran Yusuf, and a youth, Javaid Ahmed Butt.
The chargesheet also includes the name of Hizbul Mujahideen Chief, Syed Salahuddin. The chargesheet says that these people have waged a war against India.
The NIA also sought permission to continue its investigations in the case.
