Investigation team meets Asma’s family
MARDAN, (MILLAT ONLINE)::The investigation team of Counter
Terrorism Department (CTD) would meet the bereaved family of four-year-old girl,
Asma, in Gujjar Garhi, Mardan today (Wednesday).
The murderers of Asma are still at large despite passage of
11 days with no notable progress in investigations.
Doctors have confirmed sexual assault and torture on
four-year-old Asma who was killed by unidentified persons in the Jandarpara Gujjar
Garhi area of Mardan.
The post-mortem report had confirmed wounds on different
parts of Asma’s body and her strangulation. Her body was found four days ago
from sugarcane fields.
It is to be mentioned that police officers had obtained
samples of as many as 200 suspicious people for DNA test.
