Hong Kong shares flat after morning surge
Hong Kong, (MILLAT ONLINE):Hong Kong stocks ended the morning session virtually unchanged on Monday after ending last week with a record-high close on Friday.
The Hang Seng Index surged at the open but was down just 0.04 percent, or 11.61 points, to 33,142.51 by the break.
