ISLAMABAD, Mar 31 (APP): The Islamabad High Court Thursday
rejected pre-arrest bail of Musadiq Aamir, Ex-sale Executive of Wi-
Tribe, an internet company who ran away from the country without
clearing due payment.
The accused was ultimately arrested outside the court premises
by the police officials.
A single-judge bench of Justice Muhsan Akhtar Kyani heard the
bail application moved by the former Executive of the company.
During course of proceedings, counsel for the internet company
apprised the court that accused fled from the company without paying
the cost of the scratch card worth of Rs 1.3 million and requested
the court to reject the bail plea which was accepted.
