RAWALPINDI,Mar 31 (APP): The Anti-Terrorism Court on Thursday awarded 10- years Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) and a fine of Rs. 100,000 to the accused in case of hate speech.
Qari Israr was found guilty of delivering hate inciting speech in the Jumma congregation in Shakrial area.
ATC Judge Asif Majeed Awan pronounced the verdict after recording evidence of the witnesses and final arguments by the defence and prosecution.
