Rivers flows, reservoirs level report

ISLAMABAD, (APP): The position of the river inflows and
outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs
levels and the barrages Wednesday is as under :
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 67800 cusecs and Outflows 13200
cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 84000 cusecs and Outflows 84000
cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 79600 cusecs and Outflows 58700
cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 26400 cusecs and Outflows 14800
cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 122500 cusecs and Outflows
115200 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows 138800 cusecs and Outflows 136100
cusecs, Taunsa: Inflows 36000 cusecs and Outflows 36000 cusecs,
Panjnad: Inflows 41700 cusecs and Outflows 38000 cusecs, Guddu:
Inflows 68600 cusecs and Outflows 68600 cusecs, Sukkur: Inflows
71600 cusecs and Outflows 45900 cusecs, Kotri: Inflows 31300 cusecs
and Outflows 14400 cusecs.
Reservoirs ( Level and Storage):
Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1380 feet, present
level 1479.22 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live
storage is 2.730 million acre feet (MAF).
Mangla: Minimum operating level 1040 feet, present level
1135.30 feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage is
1.477 MAF.
Chashma: Minimum operating level 637 feet, present
level 648.00 feet, maximum conservation level 649 feet, live storage
is 0.240 MAF.
The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and
Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have
been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours, whereas the other flows
have been gauged at 6.00 a.m
